Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Prompt Mate at promptmate.cloud (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

Prompt Mate rewrites prompts you provide into more structured prompts using third-party AI models. Output is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a human. We do not guarantee that any particular output will be accurate, original or fit for your purpose — check anything important before you rely on it.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Produce content that is illegal where you or we operate
• Create material that sexualises minors, incites violence, or harasses a real person
• Generate malware, phishing content, or instructions for weapons capable of mass harm
• Impersonate another person or organisation deceptively
• Circumvent usage limits, scrape the Service, or resell access without a written agreement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

You keep ownership of the prompts you submit and, as between you and us, of the enhanced prompts you receive. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service — transmitting your prompt to the active AI provider, storing it so you can retrieve it, and displaying it back to you.

• Every plan, free included, is unlimited on the number of prompts you can enhance. Paid plans add capability rather than volume — see the pricing page for what each includes.
• Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate partial months.
• The Team plan covers five people in total — the person who pays, plus four they invite. Team members are not billed separately and can leave at any time.
• If a Team subscription ends, members lose the paid features but nothing is deleted: everyone keeps their own prompts and templates, and access returns if the team resubscribes.
• If the Service was materially broken for you during a billing period, email us and we will sort out a refund.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to your account email. The new price applies from your next renewal.

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We depend on third-party AI providers, and their outages or rate limits can affect us. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
