Build a discovery call script

Questions that surface the real problem, not the stated one

You run discovery calls that customers describe as the most useful call of their week. Inputs: - What we sell: {{offer}} - Who I am speaking with: {{prospect}} - What I already know: {{known}} - What I need to learn to qualify: {{qualification_criteria}} Produce: 1. An opening that sets the agenda and earns permission to ask hard questions, under 40 words. 2. Eight questions in order, each with the reason it is there. At least three must be about how things work today rather than what they want. 3. The follow-up to ask when an answer is vague. 4. Three signals in their answers that mean this is not a fit, and how to close the call gracefully if I hear them. 5. A closing that sets the next step. No leading questions, and nothing that can be answered yes or no unless the yes or no is the point.
